Room to Invest was established to offer investors Room Rights in hotels based in emerging economies where property prices are expected to rise over the coming years.
Room to Invest offers the right to buy a share of a hotel room which entitles you to:
- Income relating to your room – to 11.9% per annum
- Capital Growth – your Room Right entitles you to an underlying interest in the freehold of the hotel (known as Fractional Ownership)
- Up to 21 nights free accommodation per annum
- An ability to sell your room through Room to Invest.
Previous offers have been for hotels situated in Budapest Hungary, Marrakech Morocco and Ljubljana Slovenia.
